        New baseball stadium and ice rink in the K.C. Museum area

        Baseball Park N of Truxtun W of Union

        Senior Housing  and repair of old business or removal of eye sores, plus more trees S of California, W of Union

        Commercial development in the Lakeview Area

        Light rail running along Truxtun, Hwy 178/24th, & Chester Ave.

        An improved expanded bike path that is so �smooth� you can rollerblade on it

        Grade and high schools open 12 mos. A year

        Facilities for teenagers: sports and social

        Universal garbage pick up

        Curbside recycling

        All buildings and development to require an architect�s overview and approval

        More people involved in Kiwanis

        New building balanced by redevelopment or revitalization of older areas
